The latest model that joins the collection is known as the Porsche GTS; this Porsche Cayman has a normally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six. This engine also provides power to the GT4 RS. However, in the GTS, it generates 29 fewer hp, for an overall 394. Besides, the 6-cyl engine has become working with 7-speed PDK.

Engine, Transmission, and Efficiency:

The base model has a 300 horsepower turbocharged 2.0-liter flat-four. The S version has a turbocharged 2.5-liter flat-four that produces 350 hp. However, the 4-cyl offers rapid acceleration, with a harsh noise. Fortunately, the naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six corrects Cayman’s noise problems. Besides the intoxicating sound it generates, the 6-cyl produces 394 hp in the GTS 4.0 and 414 hp in the great GT4 RS. Despite which engine you select, every Cayman has a smooth 6-speed manual transmission. If you are not into that, you can buy a rapid-shifting 7-speed PDK with shift paddles. The mid-engine layout and tires provide this sports car with impressive stability and balance on twisty tracks. This car is a classy combination of agile handling and a reasonably comfortable ride.  Reimagine Your Track Days with the Iconic Porsche 718 Cayman GT4
