Porsche has been making some of the world’s finest sports cars for decades. Nowadays, they are also a leading producer of hybrid vehicles. Keeping this in mind, it is fitting that Porsche would create one of the most technologically advanced and expensive hybrid hypercars ever created: The 2015 Porsche 918 Spyder. 

This car was made to be different from any other vehicle in the market, with two electric motors and a 9,000rpm 4.6-liter racing V8 contained within a two-seat roadster frame that’s almost entirely carbon fiber. Four-wheel drive, 875 bhp and an even more incredible 944lb-ft of torque (yes, you read that correctly), with over half available at only 800.
